    Hurtig og nem pizzadej

     

    Ingredienser:

    5 dl. lunken vand

    50 g. gær

    1 tsk. salt

    1 spsk. sukker

    4 spsk fuld olie

    800 gram  mel - Type 00

    Fremgangsmåde:

    Gæren opløses i lunket vand og ingredienserne tilsættes og dejen æltes godt sammen. Stil dejen  lunt og lad den hæve - gerne i nogen timer før den rulles ud til en dejlig pizzabund.
